Tunnel preparation
Advanced gum disease can result in significant bone loss around molars so rather than extracting the tooth, we recontour the gum and bone between the roots of a molar to allow access to clean with a bottle brush. Look how successful we have been in arresting the bone loss and saving the tooth!
Immediately after Treatment Tunnel Preparation
Accessing Tunnel (furcation) with Tepe (bottle) brush
13 years later the lower back molar (gold crown) still remains healthy & disease free!
Dental implants
To replace missing teeth, failing bridges and hopeless periodontally involved teeth that cannot be saved.
